What N84 Grid shows
Values as printed in the registers below, on the date of each file, with receipts. Registers N84 archives but does not show are listed on the sources page.

How we collect it
Files are fetched once per publication at a polite rate by our archive bot (see /archive-bot), uploaded by hand when a publisher does not allow automated access, or taken from the publisher's own back catalogue or the Internet Archive. Archived copies are labelled "archived copy (Internet Archive)". Each file is stored unchanged with its fingerprint, except that personal data is removed from embedded capacity registers before storage.
What we add
We compare consecutive files and record what changed. We link entries across NESO registers only by the publisher's own Project Number. Developers are grouped by the customer name exactly as published; the grouping is unverified. Queue order and "MW ahead" at a connection site are calculated by N84 (method n84_order_v1) and are not published by the operator. Date differences are calculated by N84.
What we never claim
We do not show an original offer date, a protected status, or a queue position unless the source prints one. We do not score, rank, rate or forecast projects or developers. An entry that disappears is shown as "removed from the register on the file date", never as withdrawn or terminated.
